And Man. United Gets The Better Of Arsenal Match Ended 2:1 In Favour Of Man. United.

Even with Arsenal been the best side at the Emirates Stadium Manchester United were able to secure a win and walk away with the three points and the lose leaves Arsenal 15 points adrift Premier League leaders Chelsea.
The hosts dominated for most of the opening hour at the Emirates Stadium but found United goalkeeper David de Gea in excellent form. The first goal which came from a deflection from Kieran Gibb's own goal on the end of Antonio Valencia's cross. Arsenal  pushed harder for an equaliser only to leave the defence open for the Manchester players to counter attack. Rooney then extended the lead by two goals with a nice counter attacking from the Manchester players in the 85th minute making the match unreachable for the Gunners. The returning Olivier Giroud gave the Gunners fan a consolation goal late on with the game ending 2:1 in favour of Manchester United.
