Super Eagles Edge Past Congo, Keeping Hope Alive

Ikechukwu Uche and Aaron Samuel both scored to keep Nigeria's hopes of Africa Cup of Nations qualification alive in a morale-boosting 2-0 win over Congo on Saturday. South Africa have qualified for the Afcon 2015 after beating Sudan by 2-1 and are currently topping the table with 12 points and Nigeria have the same points with Congo on 8 points the Super Eagles are ahead with a goal difference. The Eagles must win their last match against South Africa if they are to qualify.
